Vinyl Lettering Application

Your quote sheet comes as pre-spaced letters made up of 3 layers:
top layer = transfer paper (through which you can see the letters)
middle layer = the letters themselves
bottom layer = white and shiny backing paper with grid on back

To apply:

 1)    Prepare the surface for the lettering. Dust or wash the area so you have a clean area to adhere the lettering.  Make sure it is completely dry.  Measure the area you are going to apply the letters to and make small reference marks if needed to ensure the quote goes on straight.  Make a little dot on the center of your quote on the transfer paper side and a dot in the center of the area you will be placing the letters.

 2)    Lightly rub over the saying to make sure the saying is sticking to the transfer paper (it sometimes separates in shipping).  Place it on a flat surface (table) with the backing paper (grid) face up.  Carefully peel away the backing paper, while helping the letters to stick to the transfer paper on bottom—this takes a little finesse, but the end product is awesome!

3)    Place the quote on your wall in the measured out area (or line up the dots if you made them).  Rub over the lettering to securely adhere them to your wall—a soft plastic or wood device, a credit card or popsicle stick works best. Work from the center out on both sides and carefully smooth out any air bubbles

 4)    Carefully peel off the transfer paper to reveal your letters. On some surfaces, you will need to help the vinyl separate from the transfer paper.

 5)    ENJOY YOUR BEAUTIFUL WALL DÉCOR!
